Although NEOI offers some 3rd Party Software from its associated Websites at eMXI-Mobility , NEOI does NOT support those Applications unless they are a part of the NEOI Operating System. The NEOI Operating System ( O/S) and its configuration is proprietary, and there is no information at all available to the public. 3rd Party Software and especially Free Java Software must be installed on the Memory Card of NEOI Phones, any attempt to install such applications on the Phone Memory, will be blocked. Attention! Repeated attempts to install something on the Phone Memory will cause serious damage to the Phone Memory and ultimately cause the Phone to fail in its normal operation. If customers request support for 3rd Party Software and installation, they must first sign a support contract with NEOI. Yearly support contracts for all matters outside the published warranty terms and conditions are available at a rate of € 60.00 / year. Such support includes but is not limited to: NEOI IT Messenger and free IT Chat Services, NEOI SIP / IP Phone Services for global free Phone Calls, NEOI mmEmail , Opera Browsers and any other Application offered by the NEOI Subsidiary eMXI Mobility Services.
